  • Registration opens on October 14, 2019 and closes 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Attire - Business Professional
  • Parking - The Hilton Post Oak has both valet and self parking in the hotel garage.
  • All payments munst be made before the event in order to hold your reservation.
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the event day in order to receive a refund. A $25 administrative fee will be charged for all cancellations. No refund will be issued on cancellations received less than 48 hours prior. All no-shows will be responsible for the entire payment.
