We will break down how to organize your day and services in a way that improve results, morale, and the customer experience. If you want to improve your results without overwhelming your team or burning them out, then this is a great session that will provide insights and perspective to help make changes everyone will appreciate. Learn the best practices of the best companies and new ideas and approaches for service requests, make-readies, being short-staffed, technology, common mistakes to avoid and ways to improve retention. You’ll also learn effective ways to keep techs from their very first encounter, to their first day at work and what really matters to the techs in the field based on their feedback and recommendations.
