CAS - Spring 2024
To enhance the skills of the apartment community supplier, resulting in individuals with increased professionalism and an improved knowledge of the needs of today's apartment community managers and supervisors.


Course Schedule and Fees:
-Check-in and registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m.
-Course schedule listed below
-Total Program Cost: $700 (30% premium for nonmembers)
-Fee includes complete electronic curriculum, breakfast and lunch during classes, and initial examination fee

CAS candidates are required to attend five specific modules of the CAM curriculum alongside management students pursuing the CAM credential, PLUS one course created solely for supplier members. Required Modules listed as follows: 

March 5: Orientation and Industry Math
March 6: Industry Essentials & the Resident Experience
March 19: Financial Management
April 3: Legal
April 9: Risk Management
April 12: Supplier Success (also available online via www.naahq.org)
