Attending a Fair Housing training seminar annually ensures that you and your teams understand Fair Housing laws and remain in compliance with Fair Housing. You will learn best practices in avoiding discrimination and fostering an inclusive environment. This session will cover:
-Minimizing claims for fair housing violations
-More effective communication with residents
-Preparing better maintenance records
