Use this W-9  form if you need the vendor tax ID number for the HAF (Education Department classes, the APPLE series, seminars or other meetings)

Houston Multi Housing Corporation:
Use this W-9 form  if you need the vendor tax ID number for HMHC (ABODE, Directory, Resident Credit Reporting or Form Sales)

Houston Apartment Association:
Use this W-9 form  if you need the vendor tax ID number for HAA (membership dues, expo, general meetings)
