Program Objective:
To enhance the skills of the apartment community supplier, resulting in individuals with increased professionalism and an improved knowledge of the needs of today's apartment community managers and supervisors.
CAS Requirements:
- Successful completion of all CAS coursework (totaling 26 hours)
- Complete the Supplier Success Course
- Employment within the apartment industry in a supplier position
- Pass the CAS exam before July 1st, 2024
Course Schedule and Fees:
- Check-in and registration is from 8:30 a.m. to 9 a.m unless otherwise noted
- Course is from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Total Program Cost: $700
- E-book, initial exam fee, and meals are included in the course fee
CAS candidates are required to attend five specific modules of the CAM curriculum along with management students pursuing the CAM credential, as well as one course created solely for supplier members. Required Modules listed as follows:
- CAS: Supplier Success (online)

- Legal
- Risk Management
