Due to the ongoing regulatory changes, there will be a change to your RCR bundle product, effective September 1, 2024.

Beginning September 1, Multi-State Plus and instant statewide searches will no longer be included in the RCR Bundle. Criminal reports will remain available directly through SafeRent Solutions outside the RCR bundle.

We are happy to share that we will add Collection Alerts to the RCR product bundle effective September 1.Collection Alerts will provide multi-family collection records that may not be part of the credit report.

All other searches and the ability to report residents to the RCR database will remain in the RCR bundle.

Terrorist Check - OFAC listings of known or suspected terrorists, fugitives and Most Wanted alerts from various federal data sources, including FBI and other federal agencies. 

Multi-State Sex Offender Search - Check registered sex offenders using sources nationwide, including the Department of Public Safety and other law enforcement agencies. Registry is available for all states and Guam. 

Move-in/Move-out Entry - Submit your property’s rental history data online through RCR's familiar and easy-to-use tools.

Eviction Entry - Protect yourself and other properties by registering your evictions with RCR.   

Inquiry History - Know where else your applicant is applying.
