We communicate with apartment renters by phone.  We do not see renters in person.  The helpline hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Our staff is fluent in English and Spanish.  CALL VOLUME IS HIGH so calls are taken on a first come, first serve basis and will have a limit of five minutes.
