Apartment residents may file a complaint online by following the link below in red. This is not an emergency service.

This program assists rental residents by:

  • Helping residents understand their rights and responsibilities as a renter
  • Offering the resident an opportunity to fill out a complaint which is forwarded to the owner/management company.

Complaints about management, management representativesmaintenance issues, timely repairs, noisecontents of the lease or breaking the lease will be forwarded to the property owner or management company.  HAA does not act on any of these type of complaints.

Most leases state that any requests for maintenance repairs must be in writing and a dated copy kept for your records. Have you put your request in writing to the manager of your apartment community? If not, take the time to do so now. It is the best way to communicate your concerns.
