Julie Irvin Hartman, MBA, CALP, is an accomplished entrepreneur, consultant, and presenter. She has been in the multi-family industry for 20+ years and brings a wealth of experience from the owner, manager and supplier perspectives. She is active with the Houston Apartment Association and is a Leadership Lyceum graduate as well as the former Chair of the Technology Committee. Julie is a frequent speaker at local, state, and national conferences.  In 2022, Julie launched B2G VICTORY and received her MBA from Texas A&M University.
