Supplier Member Application

OWNER-OPERATOR/MANAGEMENT COMPANY MEMBERSHIP

An individual or company who is a rental or apartment property owner/operator, builder and/or developer, or fee manager of rental units. HAA covers members who operate in 12 county areas that include Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Harris, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, San Jacinto, Waller and Wharton.

Management Company/Owner Portfolio Total Units
1 - 49 units: $300
50 - 99 units: $375
100 - 999 units: $450 base fee plus $1.92 per unit 
1,000 or more units: $450 base fee plus $1.72 per unit  

Supplemental/Prospective Owner $250
If you are a multifamily investor whose property(ies) are managed by a third party management company OR you plan to purchase a rental property soon, you can join as an individual owner under this category.

A company providing products and services to the multifamily industry.  

Associate Supplier Dues $475
Company membership includes the Texas Apartment Association and National Apartment Association annual dues; All employees are included;  Listings in annual Directory and Buyer’s Guide and online directory; printed copy of annual Member Directory and Buyer's Guide; 12 issues of ABODE magazine; networking opportunities at association events; opportunity to showcase your products and services at the annual expo at the member rate; access to more than 2,800 apartment communities and more.

Executive Supplier Dues $675
Company membership includes the Texas Apartment Association and National Apartment Association annual dues; All employees are included; Listings in annual Directory and Buyer’s Guide and online directory; printed copy of annual Member Directory and Buyer's Guide;12 issues of ABODE magazine; networking opportunities at association events; opportunity to showcase your products and services at the annual expo at the member rate; access to more than 2,800 apartment communities and more. Additional Sponsor benefits include: bolded listings in annual Directory and Buyer’s Guide and company name displayed on the Sponsor Member page at the front of the monthly ABODE magazine.
